      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2022

      The interview process is very tedious and long. The recruitment said that it will be at least 4 rounds of interview but ended up getting 6 interviews. Although I already cleared all the interviews per the recruitment team, the recruiter told me to hold off job offers or decline as they are close to give the offer. But after more than a month of waiting the recruiter doesn't have any update and they just ghosted you.
