Interview
Intro phone call, 30 minutes interview with HR, 30 minute case study, 30 minute behavioral. The interview was a waste of my time. After the intro phone call, they rescheduled multiple times. When we finally had the interview, the interviewer was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer did not turn the camera on, asked me only two questions, and did not know much about the job. The HR manager seemed standoffish and unengaged.
We are sorry that this wasn't a better experience for you. We aim to have a great candidate experience regardless of outcome, and it sounds like we missed the mark. Case study with 1 hour to prepare your answer and able to use any resources available. Straightforward case study with an hour to prepare before they call you back. You're able to use any resources at your disposal making it pretty easy.
