Interview
There was an initial 3 hour interview set up. This was extended by 2 hours the day of the interview with another 2 hours added the following day. After the initial interview it was determined that my skill set would be ideal for other positions, specifically Software Architect and Solution Owner. The interview consisted of 8 one hour sessions with people in different positions.

A client needs a legacy system to interface with an external EHR system that provides a complicated JDBC library. They would also like to create REST API to expose data to user facing systems. How would you approach this.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
