I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2022
Interview
Slalom is currently in a hiring freeze, but I had a great experience interviewing with them before that started. I went through a phone screen with someone from HR, then had a 30 min call with an HR manager and another call with a possible future peer that took about an hour. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely interested in getting to know me and finding out more about my background. It was not the silly game some companies make you play to get a job with them. Even when the hiring freeze was internally announced, they communicated the information clearly as soon as they could.

Question 1
What do your friends, family members, and colleagues tell your personality?
There were 4 rounds of meeting with a series of individuals. The meeting and purpose lacked direction and seemed mostly exploratory in nature. Decided to discontinue engagement after a request for another presentation. No clear objective.
