I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom in Dec 2025
Interview
I recently completed the interview process for a Snowflake Architect position at Slalom, and I'm pleased to share that it resulted in an offer.
The process began with an initial call from my recruiter, Brian Phang, who thoroughly explained the role expectations and provided valuable insights into Slalom's Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE). This conversation set clear expectations and helped me prepare for the technical rounds ahead.
The interview structure was well-organized and consisted of three rounds:
Initial technical round with the team
Second technical round (there was a two-week gap due to the holiday season, which was understandable)
Final round with the hiring manager, who leads Slalom's global Snowflake CoE
Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I received timely updates after each round, which helped reduce the typical interview anxiety. Brian was particularly supportive and guided me through each stage, making the entire experience smooth and professional.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked relevant technical questions that truly assessed my Snowflake expertise. The process felt collaborative rather than interrogative, and I came away with a positive impression of the team culture.
I'm excited to accept the Snowflake Architect offer and join the team!
