Online Assessment Format: MCQs + 2 Coding Questions Topics covered: DSA (Arrays, Strings, Hash Maps), Logical Reasoning, and Aptitude Difficulty: Moderate Time: Around 90 minutes Coding questions were of easy to medium difficulty and required clean logic and optimal solutions. 2. Technical Interview Conducted virtually on Microsoft Teams Questions were focused on: Core DSA (Array, String, Recursion) Python (since that was my mentioned skill) OOP concepts Project discussion (I explained my AI Agent-based projects, LangChain usage, n8n workflows, etc.) The interviewer also asked situational coding questions and expected a structured problem-solving approach. Duration: ~40 minutes 3. HR Interview Conducted by a Talent Advisor Focused on: Relocation preference (Bangalore) Family background and support Behavioral and situational questions (e.g., teamwork, handling pressure, etc.) Motivation for applying to Smarsh Also discussed what interns can expect: mentorship, group-based projects, and a structured learning environment.
