Applied for Tech Support II position online.
So far attended rounds with HR specialist (Diana), Enterprise Hiring Manager ( Samuel ) and Technical team ( Arun & Harsh )
First Phone call interaction was with Diana ( Talent Acquisition Specialist ) who briefed me about the Company, the Role and also collected details from my side about Personal and Professional details.. She is very Energetic and It was very pleasant and detailed call leaving me with a positive experience.
Next round was a Video call with Sam. He is such a down-to-earth person. It was very nice talking to him. During our interaction he first introduced himself and gave a brief background about his Work experience, and about the Smarsh company, different Departments they have, different Products they handle and about Sun model Shift coverage etc.. At the end of conversation he gave an opportunity to ask any queries from my end also.
It was very a very good experience.
Next round was a Video call with Arun & Harsh reg Technical Interview.. Both guys are very humble and Knowledgeable. After having few minutes of self introduction about Personal & Professional background, gone through technical discussion which covers about Basic Networking, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory (LDAP), SQL, Linux commands, API, Webhooks etc.. It was very a positive experience.
Waiting for Next rounds schedule. I hope & wish it will leave me with same positive experience and really looking forward to Join a such wonderful team and company.
