The recruiters I worked with was very slow to respond and did not let me know I didn't get the role until I reached out to them myself. Overall not a super positive experience.

Interview
The interview process I experienced was quite chaotic. Throughout, I underwent a total of five interviews, each with a different individual who asserted they would be the manager for the role I was applying for.
Unfortunately, communication with the recruiter was inconsistent. Initially, I was informed that my application would not be moving forward, only to be contacted again a week later with a change of heart, requesting another interview. Subsequently, I learned that I was essentially a backup plan, considered only if the primary candidate declined the role.
Despite investing time in multiple interviews, there was a notable absence of feedback on my performance or any indication of where I stood in the process. Even upon being declined, the extent of communication was limited to a generic message stating, "we are moving with another candidate."
Given the reputation of a company like Smartsheet, I had anticipated a more organized and respectful approach to the hiring process.
