Interview was the normal process of recruiter > hiring manager > loops. The loops were 3 45-minute panels with 1-3 colleagues. Finally, a 30 minute talk with the senior VP of the org. The behavioral questions a few people asked me were so detailed they dropped the full questions in chat on Zoom, which I appreciated. The interviews were spread out over several weeks due to team member's vacations, which I think stalled momentum on my end.
