Smartsheet interview questions

Got there 10 minutes early for the interview, they didn't see me until 20 minutes after the interview time was. Seemed like a ghost town there, no one was even at the front desk asking if I needed help, I was wandering around until someone saw me and asked if I needed help. They sat me down in a conference room with glass walls for about 20 more minutes until I saw the first person. He was a nice guy, good questions, we built a good rapport with one another. Second guy took 10 minutes to come in and he was completely unprofessional. He would ask me questions and started laughing behind me, and I looked to see people were laughing and making faces at him from the hallway on two different occasions which I found to be very off-putting. I then waited 30 minutes for the last guy to come in and he was completely rude to me. He asked if I had any unanswered questions, and I told him the previous two individuals were extremely helpful but I didn't have any other questions at this time to which he replied 'so you just know everything about our company then huh?'. Needless to say even if I was to be hired there, I would have said no for their lack of professionalism.

The interview process was very quick and professional. I spoke with an HR recruiter about the position and expectations. I then had a phone conversation with the Director of Sales Development. He conducted a mock role play which tested your comfort level and was a great way to break the ice. It only took a day before they reached out to set up an interview for the following week. I met with a couple different managers and SDR reps. Everyone was very polite and brought their own unique personality. They ultimately wanted someone who wanted to be challenged and was ready to grow with the company and be apart of the team. It only took another couple days for them to get back to me with an offer, which I accepted.
