Smartsheet Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Standard process - 1st round with manager, then loop interview with 1 coding + 1 system design + 1 behavior round. The questions are fairly simple and I had no issue answering those. One of the interviewers even shared that my experience matches closely with one problem they are trying to solve and promised that I should get a result next week. Things got weird from here. They went radio silence since then. I followed up after 3 weeks and they promised to give result next week (again). Of course they never came back. When I finally got another offer and told them that I need a final answer to decide, they told me they are very busy and can't give any decision now and told me to just accept the other offer. Well of course I'm not going to wait for you, but congratulations for setting the new low in terms of hiring standards. And guess what, despite all their "busyness", the exact same job went live again a couple weeks later.
