I swear this company has a racial bias when hiring for field sales roles,don't take my word for it look on LinkedIn you will see hardly anyone of color in sales roles with Smith & Nephew, you can count them on one hand. I have interviewed with Smith & Nephew 4 different times and never really given a real chance to express my skill and qualifications. And each time the interview is short and sweet and I don't get moved to the next stage yet I will bet I more experience in sales than the person they hired. The medical device industry will tell a black person they don't have strong enough background then turn around and hire a white person for the same position fresh out of college with no real work experience.
