Horrible experience - Definitely will not apply or try to work at Snap again. I went through 4-5 rounds of interviews with various members of the Snap Account team and submitted the requested AM assignment - After the last round of interviews, it took 2 weeks and numerous follow-ups to get a status of my application.
After multiple attempts, an HR person let me know "I was not a good fit" - I was disappointed since I thought all the interviews went well (based on conversions during those interviews) so I asked for feedback. After another week, the HR person stated "I can not give you feedback". It is ridiculous that HR is unwilling to provide feedback after interviews. Again Snap should value potential employees/interview candidates.
