I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Snap (Venice, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Process was pretty smooth, I flew out for four on-site interviews and heard back fairly quickly with an offer. The recruiter was friendly and easy to work with, the offer was solid, and the location is pretty awesome - can't complain about being within walking distance to the beach :).

Other Technical Program Manager Interview Reviews for Snap
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Snap (Abingdon, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
First start with HR screening call, then next to hiring manager, which is more like an intro call about the position and my skills/experiences. Final round is F2F onsite 3hrs interviews with the peers. The entire process took around 2 months. I'd like to give a credit to the Recruiter, she kept me posted on the progress and feedback, which is very important to job seekers of not being ghosted.
