They have "recruitment day". They give you a tour, take turns answering basic interview questions (this will be a group interview with 5-6 people), then they pair you with a person from the department to shadow them for an hour. Once that is done they put you on a mock call and test your abilities. 2 interviews back to back if all goes well.
