I applied online and was receiving anonymous calls for a week with no emails. I then finally got an email 2 weeks later that the managers were unable to reach me by email and this was the last chance. I was able to respond and receive an interview with two managers. The interview was over zoom with basic questions about problems I have encountered, strength/weaknesses, experiences, etc. I believed I did well but never received a response back after the interview.

What is a problem that you faced and how did you overcome it?
Started with a phone screening call and they never got back to me. Asked me a lot about abilities and how flexible my class schedules are. Had some weird questions about why I chose my major.
They gave me a phone screen. Asked some basic questions about availability and mobility in the summer. They stressed the importance of having a car. They also conducted a Resume walkthrough.
Short phone interview to get the logisitics for the actual interview. The interview was held over Microsoft Teams and was purely behavioral questions. There was not more than 5 questions and plenty of time for questions after.
