There is a phone screen where the recruiter will explain the salary and benefits package to you, as well as how the interview process will play out. There are two rounds of interviews. The first round is with the people you will end up working with if hired, and the second round is with a senior level manager. A few days before your first round interview, they will send you an email with a link to the companies' candidate resource page.
