SoFi Manager, Operations Review interview questions

Terrible. Guy interviewing me scrolled through his texts and emails on his phone during the interview, making very little eye contact. At one point he left to talk to someone outside the office we were interviewing in. I knew two minutes after sitting with him that I didn't have the job. As someone who previously interviewed potential employees in a previous role, and currently through searching for a new position and being interviewed now, this was the first time I had seen a blatant disregard for the interview process. I was very disappointed as I really wanted to work at Sofi and the position was perfect considering my experience. I guess he just didn't like the look of me and made up his mind on the spot and decided to spend the interview looking at his phone. It is frustrating at times that you have to deal with individuals who do not want to be part of the recruiting process. Potential candidates like myself spend a lot of time preparing for interviews, traveling to and from locations and showing eagerness for roles only to be ignored seconds after the interview commences. I don't recommend this location if you are considering it.
