One of the oddest interviews I've had. Me, along with 14 other people, met in the lobby of the building and waited for someone to come down to get us. Once the two employees came down to the lobby, they realized that more people showed up than anticipated. How do underestimate the amount of people YOU scheduled for the interview??? I found that odd. Started with a group interview which included me and 7 other people. At the end they asked those that passed the first round to stay for a one on one. They herded us into a small waiting room to wait for our interviewers to come and get us. After the first one on one, they then had us meet with another interviewer for a second one on one. The questions were ridiculous and made zero sense. I then realized at the end of all three interviews, that none of the people I interviewed with actually had a copy of my resume. They were more concerned on how we answered those ridiculous questions than they were about our qualifications. Received an email a few days later stating they chose another candidate. After that experience, im better off staying with my current employer.
