SoFi interview questions

Phone interview was great. In person was another story. Didn't interview with the two people I was supposed to, and was brushed off pretty much. Also this was most definitely a CALL CENTER. It was a little misleading. I would like to note that the catered meal I observed that day was hot dogs.

My interview was a disaster. It was completely obvious that they were not prepared for me to come in. They had no idea what they were doing. My interview was with one of the managers and you could tell he did not want to be at work that day. He did not smile nor act friendly. He quickly asked me a few questions and I was out of there in 5 minutes. I could tell he did not want to talk to me. I tried to be my happy, positive, upbeat self, but it is extremely hard when the other person acts like work is the last place they want to be. When I got an email a few days later that I was not selected, I was not surprised. In fact, I was actually relieved. Why would I want to work for a company who treats prospect employees like that? He did not make me feel welcome at all and had such a negative attitude. I have quite an impressive resume with lots of customer service background, and even if they would have offered me a position, I would have declined it.
