SoFi Member Service Representative interview questions

You have to pass a simple typing speed test (like 45wpm) to get an interview time and date. The interview is with one person, is 10-15 minutes of questions, followed by a tour of the office, and then your opportunity to ask any questions. They respond within 1-2 weeks and they let you know if you don’t get the job too. When you get the job, training will probably not start for at least two more weeks, during which you’ll fill out your tax forms and take a drug test.
