I had a panel of 2. In jersey City. The questions were basic opm questions About deadlines, accomplishments and difficult situations. They took lot's of notes. No offer yet, but i was fingerprinted and they called my references. The panel was nice, we had some very funny moments.

Lengthy and general questions were asked during the interview by two managers. No written part to interview but general questions that are asked in terms of dealing with difficult situations

I received an email from the manager and asked me to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by 4 supervisors/managers. They asked me a series of questions listed on their document and got back to me within 1-2 weeks.
