Applied for job, contacted the HR regarding status. Was not contacted until 4 months after closing date. Did over the phone interview basic questions nothing difficult. A panel of five did a round robin of asking questions.

What was your role? How did you resolve it? What were the results? Describe your overall decisions making process with limited details and or facts?

I got an email telling me to take an assessment. The assessment was lengthy and of medium difficulty. Got an email to set up an interview. Nothing too difficult, scripted questions about situational customer service and PII protection.

Interview
All questions presented to the interviewee by a panel of interviewers. The questions were thorough but were not job related. There was no opportunity as the interviewee to ask questions about the job itself. I expected this to be a screening interview and was surprised to find out that it was the only interview in the process.
