Social Security Administration Contact Representative (Customer Service Representative ) interview questions

Interview was done via phone. Interview questions were asked by two different people. Standard customer service questions. There were also questions about acceptable documents if the font was different on a document in multiple sections of the document or if a name was spelled incorrectly in different sections on a document.
