Sodexo Customer Service Advisor interview questions

Applied online and received a call a few weeks later inviting me to a 1:1 interview. The interview was compentancy based on there values. I found the interviewing managers to be very unproffessional. Some of the questions they asked had nothing to do with the role I applied for instead I felt they were tripping me. At the end one of the interviewing managers said I will hear the outcome by email indicating I was unsuccessful. I did a lot of research on the company and role and the interviewing manager was impressed I knew who Sodexo were but why waste my time and expense if they did not like the look of me.
