Interview
The process is lengthy, you have to wait for a recruiter, then the call from the hiring manager, then a face to face and lastly a district manager interview. Background check and then you are hired.

Have you ever been faced with a task that was difficult to complete due to time constraints?
Phone screening with initial HR recruiter, in person interview with HR recruiter, direct supervisor, senior leadership and eventually the client. Afterwards there is an on site visit. Try out in the kitchen then background and drug screening

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo in Aug 2019
Interview
Interview was in a panel by the clients and other sodexo managers. Also had a stage mystery basket on cooking. Managers went around asking questions based on their menu and statement of what their work place stands for of farm fresh to table.

Interview
Phone interview then if fit to pass on, go to in person interview with the GM of the account. I did not move on past the phone screen section and was not given a reason why even when I pursued for an answer.
