Interview
The initial interview consisted of a phone interview with the potential future supervisor and two potential colleagues. This interview took about 40 minutes and consisted of behavioral and job skills questions. Some of the questions involved multiple components, so it could be tricky to address all components thoroughly yet succinctly. A followup interview with the supervisor of the potential future supervisor lasted about 30 minutes. This interview consisted of some behavioral questions but mostly focused on concrete job ability and performance questions.

It was very casual. Through Zoom, very straight forward, the internship is very structured and the people are very nice and have good relations with each other. They asked about my past experiences, and gave some hypothetical situations to test my skills like "what if i ask you to give me a marketing plan for a new restaurant etc...."
