The interview process is very relaxed on a one to one basis with tables situated around the exterior of the room with different managers from different sectors such as waitressing or kiosk staff. They ask scenario questions but mainly just ask you about your cv to gauge your personality and check your not lying so make sure you know what's on your cv.
