I was called to schedule an interview about the position after being asked for more details about my resume such as my work experience and education background. I was interviewed by the recruitment lead or advisor of Sodexo in Balcatta, along with over video call from a HR manager located in Melbourne.
How do you deal with people who can be quite demanding and brash? How do you handle a team setting where a lot of the people are stubborn and want their goal to be completed first?
