It was online, asked rigorous questions from a set list they have. Asked application type questions and how to apply them to clinical scenarios. There was not many clinical tube feed questions or certain diet order questions, more about how you handle situations

Hard client or patient you had to deal with, how did you handle it.
It was easy, comfortable and relaxed. They emailed me 2 days prior to set up a 30 minute phone interview. They called me less than a week later to set up the second interview.
