Sodexo Unit Controller interview questions

I was approached by the Finance director on LinkedIn to apply. I responded and was directed to the HR recruiter. It was 3 rounds. First was with HR and they were preliminary screening questions. The second was with who would be my boss. The third was with who would be my coworkers. The third call was more to see how I would interact and work with the team.

After passed the phone screening interview I was invited for a personal interview. The interview was conducted by the General Manager. He was very professional and friendly. There was an HR representative and the other Unit Controller. They didn't have any questions. They were taking notes. The interview questions were specific for accounting or business management position.
