On phone interview with STAR interview method. It was my first time using this method but was pretty straight forward. They asked me about my course work and extracurriculars. They seemed to be only interested if I was in Baja/Formula SAE and I did not have much room to discuss other club involvement that I thought was relevant to the position.
Interview was over the phone and followed a process that made me more worried about hitting all the required points than talk like myself with them and discuss topics as I normally would.
