Solar Turbines Intern Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

Interview was over the phone and followed a process that made me more worried about hitting all the required points than talk like myself with them and discuss topics as I normally would.

I has three interviews: An initial HR interview with one person, a second phone interview with the Manager of Manufacturing Interns - both focused on my resume and past experience. Third phone interview with a panel of HR, Manager and an Engineer- BEHAVIOR interview. They asked me questions like how I handled conflict, a mistake I learned from etc. Just be yourself. I was out of state however you can expect it to be over the phone regardless.
