I was contacted by a hiring agency and my resume was submitted to the hiring manager. A few days later, I was given a face-to-face interview and, a few days after that, an offer was extended. I did not accept the offer, though I wanted to, due to agency's unwillingness to negotiate rate.

Interview
Did a quick 1 on 1 interview with them in person after meeting with them at a career fair. Very Kind people and seemed to care about their employees a lot from what I could gather.

They mainly asked questions about projects I've worked on and how I either learned a lesson or worked as part of a team.
The interview process was with a panel of people and the questions were about getting your personality. They would ask about certain scenarios in order to understand your work history. Overall the company and culture seemed like a very good fit.

Interview
The interview was held by two senior level managers who were both very kind and pleasant to talk to. Both asked a series of behavioral questions. Took a while to get back to me with their decision.
