Applied through my college's job board. Received an email to set up a face-to-face interview. The people I interviewed with (2 managers, 1 contract agency manager) were very personable. I didn't feel much pressure during the interview. They asked me mostly situational questions, which youre supposed to answer with an example - what the issue/situation, how you dealt with it, and what you learned. I brought engineering drawings I did from a previous internship and they seemed to like that.
