Solar Turbines interview questions

Applied through a recruiter, was scheduled for a video interview with a few team members. I was contacted a few days before the interview to tell me it was canceled as they had already hired someone else. Who does this? In my entire engineering career I had never had this happen to me, and likely never will as it is unbelievably unprofessional.

Process started with a phone call and a zoom call then an in person interview panel in a walk-through the facilities. Hiring manager did a good job over explaining this unique role and what to expect when coming on to the team in this capacity.
