Meet in a sandwich shop and answer questions about previous jobs and watch two managers eat. I was told that I was going to meet the other manager and have lunch. Since I was not working at the time I thought that the big boss was actually going to buy lunch. Met a couple of young men who put on the impression that with my extensive experience that I had small chance of securing a position.with the company. IT'S A SALES JOB!

The hiring process has changed over the years and they have introduced more steps over the years. The biggest change is that you have to work in a Home Depot generating leads for other reps before you make it to the sale rep position.
