Interview went easy was hired on the spot I started off working for AZ-Construction and within 2 months was brought on full time to solar city. Was brought into the warehouse and was promoted to supervisor within 2 months. Took me another year but was finally able to get a manager position and my own warehouse:) Moved up very quickly
Process was quick and they specifically tell you what there looking for. The interviewer ask you some questions specifically about what do you know, and what can you tell them about yourself. They will later call you to know if your hired or not.

Sat in a room with two managers they asked me bunch of questions after we watched a film. 15 people were interviewed at the same time as me, only 3 of us were hired. 2 of us lasted a year.
