A screening call from HR, thirty minute phone interview with hiring manager, forty-five minutes via phone with Hiring manager and primary work team mate, and finally a three hour onsite "working session" and meetings with other teammates. High level of contact via email with recruiting co-ordinator or HR team as needed between each stage. At no point did I feel interview stress. Everyone was natural and friendly so it was easy to be myself. No one flinched when I "outed" myself referring to my wife. That is a huge test for me. And they passed with flying colors.
