Interview
Went through a series of questions.. explained what I have done in the past and why I would like to join the solar movement. Talked about goals and where I see my self in the next 5 years.
Process was quick and they specifically tell you what there looking for. The interviewer ask you some questions specifically about what do you know, and what can you tell them about yourself. They will later call you to know if your hired or not.

Sat in a room with two managers they asked me bunch of questions after we watched a film. 15 people were interviewed at the same time as me, only 3 of us were hired. 2 of us lasted a year.
