I began with a phone screen with Alex that was very informative. He provided me a lot of information and background to the position along with letting me ask any questions I had. In this screen alone he set very clear expectations of the role what to expect for interview process. Next was another phone screen with the manager I would report to. It was really to get a sense of the type of person i was and how i would fit in with the role. It felt very welcoming to go over the type of worker I am and see if this was a good fit. After the 2 phone screens I had 3 in-person interviews back to back with other managers in the department I would work for. All interviews are nerve wrecking of course and this definitely made me nervous, but after all 3 interviews I truly felt what the team was like and how it would be to be apart of it. I understood the role and what the demands were of position. I have never left an interview feeling like i was already apart of the team already or felt more welcome to join before this. Everyone was extremely pleasant.
