SolarWinds Junior Test Engineer interview questions

Even though requirements were Good general IT background/At least basic knowledge of C#/Interest in networking, databases, or systems and applications/Strong problem-solving skills and provable creativity they were focused on networking (about ip address) and testing (document a bug). 2 questions for DBs, 0 for C#. I was interviewed by a senior tester and someone not appropriate to make any interviews, sour, with bad accent.
