Interview
I was contacted by a recruiting company that autopoint uses to find their qualified people. I spoke with a lady and she was very excited that i was open to the idea of switching jobs to work for autopoint. She mentioned how i was very qualified and was very professional. We setup a phone interview with her and that went very well. She said that she was going to submit my profile to Autopoint to get an interview. After 1 week, i followed up with her and she said it was submitted the day we spoke and she would follow up with autopoint. She got back to me and said that the hiring manager was in Dallas and would be back in a few days. Another week later i followed up again and she said they have not scheduled intervirws with any of the resumes submitted and could not get answers as to why and was moving it up to her manager to see if they could push it along. 1 month after our interview she told me that the hiring manager has not got back to her as to when interviews would be conducted. At this point i withdrew myself from the candidate pool as i refuse to work with management that can't make a decision and has poor communication skills. Obviously they are in need of talent, and are somewhat short staffed and they would not interview anyone to help their department workload out. Thanks, but no thanks.
