I feel like the interview was fair. The Director asked a lot of questions based on my experience and gave me an honest view into the position. She truly wanted me to ask any and all questions so I could make an informed decision on the job.

Applied to the job online, scheduled a call with the recruiter, followed by two in-person interviews. Spoke with different team members during the interviews. Great experience. Non-negotiable salary. Standard process for entry-level.
Completed phone interview prior to two in person interviews. Asked to describe relevant experience and how I could contribute to the team. 2 in person interviews with leadership located in the office.

A few interview rounds. First round is with taken acquisition. Second round is with a manager. Possibly get to go down to the offices and sit with someone to have then talk about the day to day aspect.
