Very easy the questions were not difficult to answer and the HR department is authentic and transparent. I really enjoyed the interview. I felt comfortable during the entire process and would encourage anyone to give them a try.

Question 1
When did you have to share something with management that you did not want to share?
I applied online. I interviewed at Somatus in Aug 2021
Interview
I received an email stating Somatus would like to move forward with the next step in the process and schedule a phone interview. This is within moments of applying for the position. I scheduled a time for the following week using the Calendly link and received confirmation via email with the recruiters name. In the body of the email was another name that I thought may be the person interviewing me. I’m the meantime I was preparing for the interview and spending time learning about the company looking forward to the opportunity. I received a cancellation from the recruiter of the phone interview with no option to reschedule just one day before the interview. I decided to call the number in the body of the email. The number was for another applicant in another state that had already been interviewed. She mentioned she has been contact led by three other people with a similar problem. I believe I was sent an email by mistake for an interview and the recruiter just cancelled and didn’t bother to acknowledge me or the poor girl getting all the phone calls. I am disappointed and confused and think this company is not professional at all.
Phone screening with recruiter followed by in person interview with VP. Straight forward, comfortable. No difficult questions, just really getting a feel for what you're looking for, experience compared to what the position looks like. Position was put on hold for over a year, I'm assuming they didn't grow into FL. Found another position and declined to continue the process should it reopen.
