Interview
I dropped off an application in person, they asked me to take a written test. It covered English questions, basic internet and networking. 6 weeks later, they called me in for an interview with two people. The next week, they had me in for a second interview where I was offered the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sonic (Internet and Phone) (Santa Rosa, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I started by taking a written test on DSL and networking. Several questions asked the meaning of acronyms, which I thought was a little silly. Most, if not all, of the questions could be answered with a quick google search, and, in hindsight, I wondered if some applicants had done just that.
The actual interview seemed to end early, which was surprising. I guess they didn't like my written answers or had already found a candidate they were sold on. I had assumed we would go over the written test, but they ended up only asking about my previous work experience and personality.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sonic (Internet and Phone) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was an open interview, It was super freaking easy. I walked in a filled out a resume and a little test, I waited in line and I got an interview. They graded my test and asked me some pretty basic question.
