Initial contact with Talent Acquisition Specialist. Phone screen by video conference with 2 people. First round of interviews were on site with hiring manager plus 2 others whose functions interact with the one I was interviewed for. Then 1 all day, on site that was a mix of 4 face-to-face and 4 more by video conferences. At one point I gave a presentation about myself that escrowed situations where I managed conflict and had to overcome a technical challenge. They really do try to get to know you as part of the interview process.
