Question 1
What's projects have you worked on correlated to this position?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sonos
Interview
The people at this are very full of themselves. Their new CMO is a as boujie as you can get. During my interview, all he cared about was the number of direct reports I have (in my current role) and who I report into - in other words, materialistic things. He asked me zero questions about my experience and accomplishments. Then, to top things off, he said that I would hear back from the recruiter soon as a next step, but I have been officially ghosted. Their lack of professionalism is astonishing, and I know a number of people that have had similar experiences. Save your time and energy…don’t apply to any jobs at this company. What a joke.

Question 1
Why Sonos? How many direct reports do you have? Who do you report into?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sonos in Oct 2010
Interview
First interview with HR and hiring manager, positive outcome and good interaction. Two weeks after took place the second interview with the Managing Director and hiring manager again, still positive feedback. After 2 weeks I was schedule to have an interview with 3 team members. It took 3 weeks to receive feedback after chasing HR. I was disappointed because the feedback was that I didn’t have enough experience to deal with stakeholders, this didn’t have any sense, considering I was coming from a 60,000 company employees and dealing with 8 different stakeholders in a WW and EU level.
