The feedback I received through out the interview process from the intial HR screening to the 1st round interview with the hiring manager and finally with the Hiring team was stellar. So stellar, that they even made comments like "You're hiried!" because I had experience that was incredibly prefereable for the role. I worked really ahrd in these interviews and in this demoralizing job market, I actually felt very confident about my chances of landing the role because I already had experience as a Coordinator, I emphasized how I wanted to grow into a senior role and they seemed to really resonate with my aspirations and even made it evident that I was a good fit. However these people went behind my back after ghosting me for a week after the final interview and only after reaching out to the HR rep- I was told that the team decided to move on to another candidate for the role. It sucked, but what made it really sting was the fact that they LIED. They killed the role and hired a MANAGER from another company- effectively gatekeeping and reventing the opportunity for advancement. There are some really bad hhiring practices int his day and age, but I have to say that the HR Rep + Hiring Manager + Hiring Team involved in "hiring" for this role are ghoulish people.
