Interview
30 minute video call with 3 members of the team I would be working with. They introduced themselves, then I did. They asked a couple of behavioral questions and then there was time for my questions.

Q: Tell us about a time you had to work with people from different departments.
Q: What would you do if your superior told you to complete a task you knew was unnecessary? What if they insisted?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Long Beach, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was told about the position by the university recruitment program and submitted the application. In a month i got a response about the interview day, which was on skype. THen, after another month i got a date for a technical interview.
