I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Rosemead, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was invited to test for the position after filling out an online application. It took about a month to be invited for the testing. I tested for clerical skills, Excel and Word. Testing was on older versions of MS Office (2000 or 2002). I received notification that I had passed the tests, and about a month later I was invited in for a Panel Interview. Interviewers were friendly and followed written and interview script -- mostly behavioral questions. I was comfortable during the interview and thought it went well, but I didn't receive an offer.

Question 1
How have you handled schedule changes in your prior positions?
I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Pomona, CA)
Interview
Extremely difficult. Talent Acquisition called me a different name. Scheduling testing and interview was complicated. Would not apply again. Hopefully someone will revamp the testing and the way they conduct their interviews.

Question 1
All star method questions. How would you describe yourself?

Interview
You would need to take two tests before you jumped into the "real" interview. Process wasn't take too long but not short neither. They would provide study guide for you to take the tests. Interview itself was okay. But it needs some answering skills.
